VICHY PRODUCTS REVIEW

 

Have you always seen a lot of Vichy products around you, but didn´t you know what to expect? Today I will review three different lines from Vichy, each one is for a different skin type. On the picture above you can see the Normaderm line. This one is for young people with an impure skin. I will also review some anti-aging products and products for the dehydrated skin. I hope you will enjoy this review and get to know a little more about Vichy.

 

This Normaderm line from Vichy contains an anti-aging creme, anti-imperfection and hydrating care creme, and finally a purifying cleansing gel. These products all smell very nice. They help against imperfections, but what comes with it, is a little bit of a skimpy and acid feeling on your skin. If your skin is really bullied a lot of imperfections, I would try this out. But if you don´t have a lot of imperfections on your skin I wouldn´t use this.

The cleansing gel is difficult to use on normal make up pads because it´s a gel substance. It does a hard job smearing. This cleansing gel helps against pimples and it does clean your face, it feels fresh and smells good. I only don´t like the bit of a acid feeling that comes with this product.

The small tubes are less hard to smear, but they also bring the acid feeling back again. Even though it feels like these products dry out your skin, this is not the case. My skin doesn´t get dehydrated of using these products.

The Lift Activ Derm Source set is especially for people above the age of 30. I asked my mother to test this set and asked her some questions after she tested those products. She thinks these products anoint well. Only the night creme of the little pot was a little bit syrupy. The products stay on your skin for a long time without soaking into your skin. My mother liked her regular routine, consisting of Olaz products better. She thinks Olaz makes your skin feel better when you wake up in the morning, but the Vichy products did help against her dry skin. She liked the little tube with the night creme the most because it lubricates fine.

On the other side she did not really like the 3 in 1 cleanser. Even tough it helped her removing her makeup, it didn't feel good on her skin. She said her skin felt a little skimpy after putting it on her face. She was totally confident that her Olaz routine was better, but she did not think these products were a total disaster: "they did smell really nice and except for the 3 in 1 cleanser, everything felt nice on my skin". 

The last set I got, is this Aqualia Thermal set. It´s for all ages and really helps against dehydration. I like this cleanser better than the one from the normaderm line, but I still don´t like it as much as my L´óreal cleanser I have right now. It does remove your make up, but it feels a little bit skimpy. The small tubes with day/night cremes that come with this set, are really nice. They have a subtle and good smell, the creme does a great job smearing and they make my skin feel very soft.

 

Finally the night/day cream in the little pot. The substance is a little bit thick, which is okay for me and it´s almost odorless. It makes your skin feel soft. I actually like this set the best.

In the package was also a nice smelling douche gel from Vichy for men.  My father really liked it.
