While you are reading this I'm in the South of Holland because of the 'Dakar Pre Proloog', which is a yearly event in which all Dutch Dakar rally drivers are competing against each other. Also all teams are introduced to the viewers and it's just really fun. The event is tomorrow (Sunday) and it's awesome if you love racing with cars, trucks, motors and quads. If any of you are going there, I'll probably be in the stand of the Maxxis-Super B team, or anywhere else. Make sure to come over and say hi! :) For now, enjoy my outfit!

As a real shopaholic and fashionista, you can't go without nail polish! I love to have a pretty color on my nails. Next to the fact that it's looking good, it's a real life safer. If your nails aren't that pretty from themselves, it's a good way to cover that up. I'm back! || OUTFIT

Hey everyone! I guess you guys have been waiting for a real outfit post for a very long time right now and I am so sorry for that! I just finished my finals and right now I have got way more to for blogging and fun stuff like that. I hope you like this post. How to combine shorts?

 

Todays article will be about how to combine your shorts and how I combine my shorts. There are just a few very easy things to keep in mind and when you understand, you can go all crazy.  

Floral shorts

I totally understand it when you say: I can combine my denim shorts so much better than my floral pair of shorts. This is because denim shorts have a style/look which is appropriate for almost every other item. You can go chic, girly, rockalicious or casual. There are thousands of different models out there and I can tell you, floral shorts are not always easy to combine. It's because they already push you into a certain direction. I tried to make some nice sets which will show you how you can combine your floral shorts.

How I wear my shorts

I love to wear my shorts with a cropped top, Brandy Melville has some amazing tops which I absolutely adore. They have a very inspirational Instagram as well btw which I follow. They always post great things over there, it's worth checking it out! Unfortunately there is no Brandy Melville close to my home so I have to be pleased with shops as H&M or Zara.

I also love to rock my shorts with some amazing accessories like a hat, some jewelry or sunglasses. They just give me the summer feelings I want to have!

Prom last night

 

Hay guys! Yesterday night it was my time to shine on prom and it was great! I had a really good time with my friends and I received a lot of nice compliments on my dress (from the Amazon). Everyone was dressed on his/her best and everyone looked stunning! I did my hair at the hairdresser and my makeup myself. I decided to go pretty natural with my makeup. A nice smokey eye and I kept the rest very natural because I didn't wanna look like a doll or something. Please click read more to see some more pictures of my hair, outfit and friends.

Get ready with me for the queensday fair!

Hey guys, it has already been half a month ago since it was queensday and I thought it would be nice to publish my 'get ready with me' video which I filmed that day (April 30). I went to the fair with a couple of friends and even though there weren't many special attractions, we had a fun time. It's not about the attractions, the money, how much things you can do, but with who you spend it.

In this video you will be getting ready with me for the fair and I'm wearing an orange shirt in a fashionable way :) I hope you like the video, I would like to hear you opinions!

YOU are beautiful ♥

We, as women, always are really critical to ourselves and the way we look. When I look in the mirror I only see my acne skin with a lot of imperfections. I start comparing myself to other people, mainly beautiful models, who are way prettier than me. This video changed my life.

This little video, made by the Dove company, is about beauty. Women describe themselves to a foreign FBI forensic artist. Than a total stranger describes the same women and the forensic artist draws both stories. The face, how the women described herself and the face as described by a total stranger. In the end you see that the drawing which is described by the stranger, looks almost similar to the real women. The self-image of the women herself is way worse than reality.

You could conclude from this video that we are way more beautiful than we think we are. You must be proud about yourself and stop comparing yourself to others because YOU are beautiful. Please remember. The next time you get a compliment, make sure to believe and accept the compliment.
