Back to school supplies haul

This was the first YouTube episode of going back to school, but for my blog it's already the 3rd episode (episode 1, episode 2). In this video I will show you all the school stuff I bought for this year. I will also do a little 'what's in my pencil case'. BACK TO SCHOOL || OUTFIT

As soon as it's started, it's almost over. It seems like 6 days instead of 6 weeks. The summer holiday is not for everybody as long but in the end everybody will have to go back to school. That's why I thought it would be great to do a back to school series, starting today. I will post back to school outfits, tutorials, hauls and the usual things but then, of course, back to school themed. I hope you will like these posts and make sure to tell me what you think about this idea!

Today I will show you my first back to school outfit. It's fashionable but not too much and not to summer-ish. Still it's fresh and colorful. How to combine shorts?

 

Todays article will be about how to combine your shorts and how I combine my shorts. There are just a few very easy things to keep in mind and when you understand, you can go all crazy.  

Floral shorts

I totally understand it when you say: I can combine my denim shorts so much better than my floral pair of shorts. This is because denim shorts have a style/look which is appropriate for almost every other item. You can go chic, girly, rockalicious or casual. There are thousands of different models out there and I can tell you, floral shorts are not always easy to combine. It's because they already push you into a certain direction. I tried to make some nice sets which will show you how you can combine your floral shorts.

How I wear my shorts

I love to wear my shorts with a cropped top, Brandy Melville has some amazing tops which I absolutely adore. They have a very inspirational Instagram as well btw which I follow. They always post great things over there, it's worth checking it out! Unfortunately there is no Brandy Melville close to my home so I have to be pleased with shops as H&M or Zara.

I also love to rock my shorts with some amazing accessories like a hat, some jewelry or sunglasses. They just give me the summer feelings I want to have!

Eventhough Alexander McQueen's designs are haute couture, not wearable, I love his style and sense for fashion so so much!
