No real winter || OUTFIT

Our holiday just started, do you have any holidays around this time of the year? Anyways, there hasn't been any real winter where I live. No snow. Luckily for me I have the chance to go skiing this holiday! I'm so happy! I love skiing, it's my favorite sport, just as basketball. I love sliding the slopes and just having fun with the snow and off-piste skiing. I also love ice skating, but there hasn't been any opportunity yet in my country.. Did you see the olympic winter games? The Netherlands won! I'm happy for Sven Kramer and Ireen Wust. Today I'm wearing a nice bright red sweater from OASAP. It has been a while since I was wearing something from that store, but I"m back because everything they sell is affordable and has a good quality.

No Penny's left || OUTFIT

Finally, after almost a year, I bought my very own Penny board! I saved for it and now I'm so happy to finally have my hands on one! I bought it at Hardcloud, but I wasn't proud of their service. They calculated the currency wrong so I had to pay €95 instead of €78 like it said. They told me I saw it wrong, but I couldn't prove my right. Luckily I'm also wearing my new skirt from Persunmall and I love it so much! Their shop is cheap and fabulous and I'm so happy to have found this skirt. The fit is perfect for me and I was searching for such a skirt for a very long time. Also they have a great service. Some time ago I ordered something and the package got lost on the way, they didn't hesitate to send me a new package! I love their service!

My Must Have Accessories For This Year

 

For the new year I have 'just' three accessory wishes. I'm going to save money because I love the outer appearance of these accessories so much that I just need to have them. First on my list is a Penny Board! I have wanted one for over a year now but I just can't decide which one I should take! It's so hard to chose. Shall I design my own or take one of the ones above? I love the once above so much but I just can't chose! Can you help me? 

It's almost my birthday and something I really wish for is a pair of Frends headphones. They are so fashionable and the sound seems to be amazing. The first time I saw them in real life was on my skiing holiday and I instantly fell in love with them. Nice fact: you can take off the triangle shaped sides and put a different side with another pattern on it in the place.This way you have some timeless headphones! I love the white ones as well as the black ones but I think the black ones will last longer. That's why I will be asking for the black ones, but I love the rose gold on the white ones!

Finally I have wanted a Michael Kors watch for, lets say, 3 years now. I just don't get to buy any of them because they are so expensive but I keep falling in love with every single edition. If I will ever get my hands of one, I would like to have a rose gold one with a few bling bling like the ones on the left and right. I really like the braided band on the right one. It distinguishes it from other watches.

Perfect Lace

Hey everybody! How are you? I hope the sun is shining where you live. I live in the Netherlands and after quite a cold week the whether suddenly was brilliant today :) I love it so much when the sun is shining and when it is getting warmer. To get you into the spring mood, I will only talk about spring themed things the comming weeks. Today I will talk about an amazing and adorable trend: lace! Last year it was starting to trend and this year everything is going to be lace and I am totally OK with that!

Lace is 'descovered' in the late 15th century and it was used as fashion as well as to decorate rooms. Right now it has become popular again. I totally adore lace because it looks like you wear multiple layers of clothes but it actually is very light and also very feminine. According to my opinion you can make every outfit girly just by adding a lace item.

On the picture below you can see how to combine you lace. As you can see you can create many different styles with lace. The first outfit is the more casual outfit, but the necklace gives it a little bit of a girly swing. Combine your lace with a skirt and some killer heels for the perfect girly evening outfit. You want a rock chick style? Go for the last combination. Combine it with some cool boots with studs, a (fake) leather jacket and an old pair of rough looking shorts.

 
I do not own a lot of lace items yet, but I planned to get some more lace items for this spring and summer. Maybe I will buy some from forever21 (see picture on top), oasap or topshop. What do you think of lace and do you own many lace garments?

Some of you probably think I'm a real trend follower right now, but I'm not. I just look at the things I like and which are, in my opinion, beautiful. It has nothing to to with 'group pressure' or what ever you may think. 

For now, let's continue with some heart touching trends. This winter you will definately do good by wearing leather. It's all about leather and leather. I especially love the black leather the most. Continue reading to hear about some more trends!
