After my art history test I rushed to the train and took the first train to Amsterdam. Yesterday I went to a live talk show about fashion, trends and retail. To summarize everything they said into one simple sentence: it's all about the experience of your customers! It was the first time for me to visit a live talk show and it was really nice.
