Even though you know it's spring and summer is getting closer, the weather might not always look like that. Here, for example, it was snowing (a little bit) today. You might consider the beautiful weather to be gone or something and you want to sit on the couch, depressed, because the weather is cold and dark. BUT THERE IS HOPE. After this post you will feel happy and you will be totally ready for summertime! Yeay!
I decided to do a spring series on my blog, just to get into the mood. I planned some tutorials, video's, outfit posts and lots of fashion and beauty news.
Go summer shopping!
At first sight, you might consider this very important step to joy useless, but it's scientifically proven that shopping makes most of us girls happy! Go to a big city together with your best friend, and shop till you drop! Rob the shops for colorful blouses, shorts and slippers. Don't forget to put on your sunglasses when you are outside for the ultimate summer-feeling.

Listening to music that makes you happy and gives you a summer-feeling is perfect! A couple of summer songs which are very good for your mood are:

Cause sporting makes you happyyyy!! It's really true and you will get more confident about your body too when you go to the beach in summer. Make a training schedule for yourself and stick to it. Build up the sporting hours each week until you have reached your aim.
Of course you want to get ready for summer by looking good and not only from the inside. You will want to have that perfect body, but how can you accomplish that? By starting a very easy little diet. You don't need to go on a very strict diet, by changing a few little things you will manage to. You will want to eat some healthy snacks. Change your potato chips for a cucumber, tomatoes or carrots. You can also eat fruit as a snack. Go to the supermarket and buy some healthier snacks than chocolate, cookies or brownies. Go for the rice waffles with barbeque taste. Another thing which is very, very, VERY important is to drink a lot of water. This will help your body to carry away the waste in your body, it keeps you hydrated, helps your blood circulation and (last but not least) helps your body to burn fat.
Meet up your friends
Something else which makes you forget about the cold weather, is to catch up with your (best) friends. Laughing and having a good time is more important than the coldness outside. If you make sure that you have a good time, you will get that summer feeling, it's a promise!
